WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT

Drive performance of teams and individuals.
Train and develop line managers and employees to support our ambition to be the best employer within Retail.
Be proactive in solving the organisational needs and challenges.
Secure HR related concepts and policies in the region.
Follow up and secure actions related to KPI development.
Conduct store visits sparring with line managers and to uphold HR processes as well as maintain our core values.
Provide HR support and guidance to line managers, focusing on labor law, regulations and employee relations.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

Strong planning and implementation skills, with a keen eye for follow-up.
Excellent communication and influencing abilities, coupled with a drive to achieve outcomes and solve challenges.
Willingness to travel and engage with employees in stores or conducting trainings, approximately 3-4 days of the week.
Each HR Business Partner is assigned a region. In this case the region includes: Prague, Central Czechia, Southern Czechia, Plzeň, Karlovy Vary, Ústí nad Labem, and Liberec.
Fluent in both Czech/Slovak and English (B2 is a minimum), with a driver's license.
Customer-centric mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
