WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
- Drive performance of teams and individuals.
- Train and develop line managers and employees to support our ambition to be the best employer within Retail.
- Be proactive in solving the organisational needs and challenges.
- Secure HR related concepts and policies in the region.
- Follow up and secure actions related to KPI development.
- Conduct store visits sparring with line managers and to uphold HR processes as well as maintain our core values.
- Provide HR support and guidance to line managers, focusing on labor law, regulations and employee relations.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
- Strong planning and implementation skills, with a keen eye for follow-up.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities, coupled with a drive to achieve outcomes and solve challenges.
- Willingness to travel and engage with employees in stores or conducting trainings, approximately 3-4 days of the week.
- Each HR Business Partner is assigned a region. In this case the region includes: Prague, Central Czechia, Southern Czechia, Plzeň, Karlovy Vary, Ústí nad Labem, and Liberec.
- Fluent in both Czech/Slovak and English (B2 is a minimum), with a driver's license.
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
